3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
22phsky is required to verify the identity of all players before withdrawals are processed. This involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID — acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport. You may be asked to submit a selfie alongside your ID, or a proof of payment method, such as a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and number.

3.3 Account Security

5. Betting Rules
5.1 Acceptance of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. For live casino games, the dealer's physical actions and the resulting outcome as recorded by the studio system constitute the official result. For esports markets, the official tournament organiser result is used.
5.4 Void Bets
Certain events may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned — including event cancellations, match abandonments, or significant mid-event rule changes. Voided bets return the original stake to your 22phsky balance.

7. VIP Club

8. Prohibited Conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22phsky's liability to any player for losses arising from Platform use — including but not limited to lost bets due to technical errors, delayed settlement, or service interruption — is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly affected. 22phsky is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law.
11. Responsible Gaming
